Account

How do I create a Code & Learn account? +

Click on Start Learning or Create Account, enter your correct details and verify your email address using the OTP sent to your inbox. Your account will become active only after successful email verification.

Why do I need to verify my email address? +

Email verification confirms that you have access to the email address used during registration. It also protects your account and allows you to receive important course, certificate and password-related communication.

I did not receive the email verification OTP. What should I do? +

Check your Spam, Promotions and Junk folders first. You can then use the Resend OTP option. Always make sure the email address entered during registration is correct.

Can I change my profile information later? +

Yes. After logging in, open your profile settings to update the available personal information. Some important details may require additional verification.

What should I do if I forget my password? +

Open the Login page and select Forgot Password. Enter your verified email address and follow the password-reset instructions sent to your inbox.

Courses

How can I access a course? +

Course access is activated after successful payment, free-course enrolment or manual assignment by the Code & Learn administrator.

Where can I find my purchased courses? +

Log in to your student account and open My Courses. All active courses assigned or purchased through your account will appear there.

Are courses completed in a fixed order? +

Some courses use sequential progression. In such courses, the next lesson or section unlocks only after the required previous lesson, quiz or assignment is completed.

Can I watch lessons multiple times? +

Yes, while your course access remains active, you can revisit available video and text lessons according to the course access conditions.

Where are course videos hosted? +

Code & Learn may use YouTube-hosted videos embedded directly inside the learning platform. You can watch the lessons from the course learning page.

How long will I have access to a course? +

Access duration depends on the individual course. Some courses may provide lifetime access, while others may have a fixed access period. Check the course details before enrolling.

Learning

How is my course progress calculated? +

Progress is calculated using completed compulsory lessons, passed quizzes, submitted assignments and other required learning activities.

How do I mark a lesson as complete? +

Open the lesson and use the Mark as Complete option when available. Some lessons require a quiz, assignment or mentor approval before they can be completed.

What happens if I do not pass a quiz? +

You may be able to attempt the quiz again depending on its settings. Some quizzes have attempt limits, passing scores or waiting periods before another attempt.

Can mentors review my assignments? +

Yes. Where mentor review is enabled, the mentor can check your submission, provide marks and feedback, approve it or request resubmission.

Can I save notes while learning? +

Where available, you can add private notes and bookmarks to lessons from your student learning area.

Payments

Which payment gateway is used? +

Code & Learn uses Razorpay for online payments. Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking and other methods supported by Razorpay.

When will my course unlock after payment? +

The course should unlock after the payment is successfully verified. In some situations, payment confirmation may take a short time because the system also verifies the transaction securely.

My payment was deducted but the course did not unlock. What should I do? +

Do not make repeated payments immediately. Contact Code & Learn using your registered email address and include the course name, amount, payment date and Razorpay payment or order reference.

Where can I view my purchase history? +

Log in to your student account and open the Purchases or Payment History section to view recorded orders and payment details.

Can I apply a coupon to a course? +

A valid coupon may be applied when the course and coupon conditions allow it. Coupons can have expiry dates, usage limits and course restrictions.

How do refunds work? +

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable refund policy, course conditions and transaction status. Review the Refund Policy page and contact the Code & Learn team with your order details.

Certificates

When will I receive my certificate? +

A certificate becomes available after you complete all compulsory course requirements, including mandatory lessons, quizzes, assignments and approvals defined for that course.

Why is my certificate still locked? +

Check whether any compulsory lesson, quiz, assignment, interview activity or mentor review is still incomplete. The certificate remains locked until all required conditions are met.

How can I download my certificate? +

After the certificate is issued, open the Certificates section in your student dashboard and use the available download option.

How can someone verify my certificate? +

Every valid certificate includes a unique certificate number and may include a QR code. The credential can be checked through the public Verify Certificate page.

Can an issued certificate be revoked? +

Yes. A certificate may be revoked when it was issued incorrectly, course requirements are later found to be incomplete, account misuse is detected or platform rules are violated.

Can my name be corrected on a certificate? +

Certificate details are normally taken from your account information. Contact the Code & Learn team with the correct details and supporting information before requesting reissue.
