These Terms are a general operational draft and do not replace professional legal advice. They should be reviewed for the legal identity, registered address, tax status and exact refund practices of the business before final publication.
01

Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Code & Learn, including the website, student, mentor and administrator areas, courses, quizzes, assignments, interview activities, payments and certificates.

By registering an account, purchasing or enrolling in a course, submitting content or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any course-specific conditions displayed at the time of enrolment.

Do not use the platform if you do not agree with these Terms.

02

Eligibility and account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
  • You must use an email address you control and complete required verification.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and OTPs.
  • You must promptly report suspected unauthorised use of your account.
  • One person must not impersonate another learner, mentor or administrator.

Where parental or guardian consent is required by applicable law, a younger user may use the platform only with appropriate involvement and valid consent from a parent or lawful guardian.

03

Course access and licence

Course access may be provided through successful purchase, free enrolment, coupon, promotional offer, batch assignment or manual administrator assignment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Code & Learn grants the enrolled learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access course material for personal learning during the applicable access period.

  • Course access may be lifetime or time-limited as shown on the course page.
  • Access must not be sold, rented, shared or transferred to another person.
  • Account credentials must not be used by multiple unrelated learners.
  • Some lessons unlock only after required previous activities are completed.
  • Downloaded resources remain subject to these Terms after download.
04

Pricing, coupons and payments

Course prices, taxes, discounts, coupon conditions and access duration are displayed before checkout. Prices and offers may change for future purchases, but changes do not normally alter a completed order unless required to correct an obvious error or by law.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Access is activated only after the platform receives and verifies successful payment confirmation.

  • Coupons may have expiry dates, course restrictions and usage limits.
  • A failed, cancelled or unverified payment does not create paid course access.
  • Duplicate or disputed transactions will be reviewed using payment records.
  • You are responsible for using a payment method you are authorised to use.
If money is deducted but access is not activated, do not immediately make repeated payments. Contact us with the order or Razorpay payment reference.
05

Final sale and no-refund rule

All paid course purchases are final. Once a payment is successfully completed and course access is granted, the order cannot normally be cancelled, transferred or refunded, whether or not the learner starts, continues or completes the course.

Limited exceptions may be reviewed only for duplicate charges, an incorrect amount caused by our system, or a successfully captured payment where access cannot be delivered after reasonable troubleshooting. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Review the complete Refund Policy before making payment.

06

Quizzes, assignments and learning activities

Course progress may depend on lessons, quizzes, assignments, practice tests, interview responses or mentor approvals. The platform may limit attempts, impose passing scores, set deadlines or require resubmission.

  • Submitted work must be your own unless collaboration is expressly allowed.
  • Plagiarism, impersonation, cheating or manipulated evidence may result in rejection.
  • File uploads must not contain malware, unlawful content or third-party confidential information.
  • Mentor feedback represents educational evaluation and may require reasonable judgement.
  • Progress records may be corrected where a technical or administrative error is identified.
07

Certificates and credential verification

A certificate is issued only when the applicable course requirements are completed and the learner is eligible under the course rules. A certificate is a record of completion on Code & Learn; it is not a government degree, licence or professional authority unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Certificate details may include learner name, course, completion date and unique credential number.
  • Certificates may be verified through the public verification page or QR code.
  • Incorrect details should be reported promptly before reissue.
  • A certificate may be revoked or corrected if issued in error, obtained dishonestly or linked to a reversed enrolment.
  • Verification status may remain publicly visible to preserve credential integrity.
08

Intellectual property

The platform, branding, course structure, original lessons, text, graphics, assessments, templates, software and other materials are owned by Code & Learn or used with permission unless stated otherwise.

You must not, without written permission:

  • Copy, record, reproduce or redistribute paid course material.
  • Upload course content to social media, file-sharing sites or another learning platform.
  • Remove copyright, branding, watermark or attribution notices.
  • Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit platform materials.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape or systematically extract protected content.

You retain ownership of original work you submit, but grant Code & Learn a limited right to store, display, process and review it for operating the course and platform.

09

Acceptable use

You must not use Code & Learn to:

  • Break applicable law or violate another person's rights.
  • Harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate another person.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers, files or administrator functions.
  • Upload malware, malicious code or harmful files.
  • Manipulate payments, progress, quiz results or certificate records.
  • Disrupt the service through automated abuse, excessive requests or denial-of-service activity.
  • Use the platform to distribute spam or misleading promotions.
10

YouTube, Razorpay and third-party services

Some lessons may use YouTube videos embedded on the website, and payments may use Razorpay checkout. Social-media links or other third-party resources may also be displayed.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability and privacy practices. Code & Learn is not responsible for independent third-party systems, content or service interruptions beyond its control.

11

Platform availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available and accurate, but maintenance, hosting issues, security events, internet outages or third-party failures may cause temporary interruption.

We may update course order, replace outdated lessons, correct errors, improve assessments or change platform features. Where a material change affects a purchased course, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the core learning value or provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

12

Educational outcomes

Code & Learn provides educational content and tools. Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, admission, promotion, income, freelance work, business results, examination success or acceptance of a certificate by a particular organisation.

Outcomes depend on many factors, including learner effort, prior knowledge, practice and third-party decisions outside our control.

13

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe there has been fraud, payment reversal, account sharing, cheating, security abuse, unlawful activity or a material violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to explain or correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken where needed to protect users, payments, content or platform security.

14

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided with reasonable care, but no online service is completely error-free or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code & Learn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from matters beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

15

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns in good faith through written communication. Any formal dispute will be subject to the competent jurisdiction available under applicable Indian law.

16

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when platform features, business practices or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account notification or email.
