A successfully paid course order is treated as a final sale once access is issued to the registered account.
Please review the course description, curriculum, access period, requirements and pricing carefully before making a payment. Once a course payment is successful and access is granted, the purchase cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

Review the curriculum, price, access duration, prerequisites and device requirements before checkout.
Duplicate charges or verified technical non-delivery may be reviewed using payment and platform records.
This Refund Policy applies to paid courses and learning programmes purchased through Code & Learn. By completing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the course information and agree that the purchase is generally final and non-refundable.
This policy should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any conditions shown on the relevant course page or checkout page.
Once you have paid for a course and the payment is successfully confirmed, the purchase is non-refundable. Where course access is automatically or manually granted to your registered account, the order cannot normally be cancelled, reversed, exchanged or refunded.
The no-refund rule applies even when:
Before purchasing a course, you should review:
Contact Code & Learn before payment if any important course detail is unclear. A question raised only after payment does not by itself create refund eligibility.
No refund will normally be provided for:
Code & Learn may review a refund or payment reversal request only in limited circumstances supported by clear records, such as:
A request is not automatically approved merely because it falls within one of these categories. We may inspect enrolment, login, lesson-access, payment, device and communication records before deciding.
A bank debit does not always mean that Code & Learn received a successful payment. Failed, pending, cancelled or automatically reversed transactions may be handled by Razorpay, the issuing bank, UPI provider, card network or other payment participant.
Send the request from the email address registered on your Code & Learn account to cnlcodeandlearn@gmail.com. Include all available information:
Requests with incomplete, inconsistent or unverifiable information may be delayed or rejected.
Code & Learn may first attempt to restore access, correct the order, remove a duplicate enrolment or resolve the underlying issue. A refund is not the automatic first remedy.
Where an exception is approved, the amount will normally be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear may depend on Razorpay, the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or other payment participant. Payment gateway charges, taxes or fees will be handled according to applicable law and the payment provider's rules.
Contact Code & Learn before filing a bank or payment dispute so that transaction and access records can be reviewed. Filing a false or misleading chargeback for a valid course purchase may lead to temporary account restriction, suspension of course access and submission of relevant records to the payment provider.
This section does not prevent a user from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or genuinely incorrect transaction.
Code & Learn may update this policy to reflect legal, payment, operational or course-delivery changes. The updated version will be published on this page with the revised date. The policy displayed at the time of purchase will normally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Questions about this policy should be raised before payment wherever possible.
